Ensure excellent support is provided to
customers and at the same time their minimal sales targets are also achieved.
Ability to recognize valued customers, identify their needs & requirements
and providing the proper structured solution.
Must be support oriented and must have the ability to deal with difficult
situations along with the ability to work under pressure while meeting
deadlines
Proper support planning, negotiation skills while having the special talent of
a strong closer

Fresh
O levels and BBA’s with good spoken English
OR
one year or more in Call/Contact Centers,
-Experience with international clientele would be an added advantage
-Good communication skills and internet savvy
-Must have Problem-solving and Analytical skills
-Convincing ability and persuasive
