JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Proactive identification of company needs, implementing & managing appropriate services and solutions.
* Project Management, crafting and delivering appropriate, innovative and value-added solutions on multiple engagements.
* Mentoring and coaching team members involved in ERP.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
* Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Technology / Engineering preferably Masters in same discipline.
* Certified PMP.
* Extensive implementation experience (from a techno-functional perspective) in Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS, and Payroll, SCM and CRM (Sales & Services) modules.
* Experience of delivering IT engagements such as ERP Strategy, Implementation and ERP System selection, IT project Management, etc.
* ERP implementation experience, preferably Oracle.
* Ability to lead and manage internal & external teams.
* Administrative and technical supervision or ERP Team and coordination between them to ensure good performance.
* Strong communication skills.
* The ideal candidates should be a techno-functional person with 3+ years relevant experience in Oracle ERP, with implementation experience in Oracle Financials, HRMS, Payroll, SCM & CRM Modules. The candidate should be an expert on liaising with different departments within an organization, implementation partners and with business users.
