In pursuit of its goal to improve the well being of the people of Pakistan and vision of a moderate, democratic and prosperous Pakistan, USAID Pakistan is looking for a high caliber professional with demonstrated capacity and competence to take up a six month assignment as Technical Advisor, Health Services Academy, Islamabad.

TECHNICAL CAPACITY:
* Advance University Degree (Master’s Degree or Ph.D.) in Business Administration, Organizational Development and Management, or relevant fields with at least 10 years of experience in institutional development.
* The position is short term assignment of a maximum of six months from the date of initiation and is based at the Health Services Academy in Islamabad.
* Minimum 10 years of proven knowledge and professional experience in strategic planning and management, and organizational change in the public or private sector in developing countries. Pakistani experience is an added plus.
* In-depth understanding of organization and management of public and / or private institutions and NGOs, with a focus on human resources and financial sustainability of organizations in Pakistan, experience in the public health education will be an added advantage.
* Proven track record to deliver on time.
* Fluency in English language (written and verbal) is required, must have excellent presentation, communication and IT skills.
